David Rosckowff

David is an ASE Master Automotive Technician with the L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification, U.S. Army veteran, and founder of the Driver’s Therapy YouTube channel. After serving as an Army helicopter avionics technician and Noncommissioned Officer–including a deployment to Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division–he earned a Bachelor’s degree with dual majors in Management and Accounting from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Since transitioning from military service, David has worked with defense contractors, automotive manufacturers, and professional racing teams while building a career centered around technical education and automotive expertise. A lifelong car enthusiast who has owned more than 60 different vehicles, he has also competed in SCCA racing, instructed at HPDE events, and earned recognition as an ASE Master Technician.

In 2017, David launched Driver’s Therapy to help enthusiasts confidently maintain, repair, and better understand their vehicles. Today, the channel has grown to more than 200,000 subscribers and has become a trusted educational resource for automotive DIY, maintenance, and ownership.

Elise got the car bug when she met David and has been learning more and more ever since. She enjoys helping with the behind-the-scenes aspects of everything, including filming.
